ONE TREE PLANTED is a non-profit organization dedicated to global reforestation. Their mission is to reforest the planet, one tree at a time.
Your act helps plant a tree. It's so simple. For each jewel sold, ORANGE AMOUR plants a tree. For each jewel purchased, YOU PLANT A TREE!
ORANGE AMOUR had undertaken to plant 1000 trees to begin this partnership, the last months of 2020, mainly on the African continent, in the most needy forests of Kenya.
For the year 2021, we will have planted nearly 2,500 trees in the forest. Amazonian, and we hope to double this figure for the year 2022.
And, always, in the Amazonian forest* that you have chosen.
*The concept being to plant these trees, each year, on a different continent, and for this year 2022, you had to choose between 4 forests, that of Costa Rica, Indonesia, Ivory Coast and finally once again that of the Amazonian forest.

✔︎ WHAT IS YOUR INVOLVEMENT IN THE FIGHT AGAINST BREAST CANCER?
While communication actions are carried out once a year during the “Pink October” campaign, for the prevention and early detection of breast cancer, the disease does not experience seasonality. The ravages are daily.
ORANGE AMOUR campaigns for awareness and a daily fight both in terms of prevention and to bring courage and positivism to women affected in their flesh.
ORANGE AMOUR supports the RUBAN ROSE association, www.cancerdusein.org, which fights against breast cancer.
From now on, every year, from October 1st to October 31st, we offer a limited edition of our bracelets with one word, only one: WIN.
A militant act, an act of love, an act of insubordination, a message of war against disease.
The "Pink October" pack consists of a stainless-steel bracelet engraved with the affirmation WIN and covered with 18k rose gold plating, 2 pink ribbons (pink bows), a pink jewel polish and of its ORANGE LOVE pouch with pink ribbon, all sent in its gift wrapping with the possibility of adding a personal note and accompanied by the RUBAN ROSE brochure, with everything you need to know about breast cancer.
For each pack sold, ORANGE AMOUR donates 20% to the RUBAN ROSE association.
Thanks to the participation of each and everyone, to the small cents that make the big rivers, the RUBAN ROSE association also actively participates in the financing of Research against cancer, and it works!

✔︎ DO ORANGE AMOUR JEWELS RECEIVE A BLESSING?
At the request of some of our customers, we have chosen that our jewels now receive a traditional blessing ritual, originating from the island of Bali. This ritual will be performed several times a year, and we will regularly share photos and/or videos to involve our subscribers and customers, who wish.

We accept all known major cards, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX. You can also pay with" Express Check-out" using Apple Pay and PayPal*.

- Payment in installments is eligible for baskets ranging from 50€ to 2000€

I want to pay in installments, how do I do this?
On the payment page, select “Pay in installments with Alma”. You will then be redirected to a payment page where you will need to enter your bank details as for a standard payment. Here you will find a summary of your upcoming deadlines. You will then receive a summary email with the calendar of your deadlines, and then a reminder email 3 days before each deadline.
Is payment in installments with Alma secure?
Alma systematically performs a 3D Secure verification to confirm that you are indeed the owner of the card used. Your bank then sends you a confirmation SMS or a push notification in your banking application, to confirm that you are indeed at the initiative of this operation and that it is not fraudulent.
I want to be reimbursed, but I paid in several installments with Alma, what should I do?

Yes, absolutely. We ship worldwide. Depending on the country of destination and the delivery method, the time may vary from 3 to 12 days, or even more for certain countries. If your order is listed as delivered on the La Poste page, but you have not received it, we will contact La Poste immediately so that they open an investigation. Yes, all our bracelets are guaranteed for 1 year and for life against any breakage.
✔︎ WHAT ARE THE MATERIALS?
Our bracelets are made of 316 L stainless-steel, which is hypoallergenic, lead free and tarnish resistant. Stainless steel is fully recyclable.
Part of the process of making a bracelet is done by hand.
We love enduring jewelry. The first advantage of stainless-steel jewelry is the irreplaceable, indestructible and unchanging quality of its alloy. Thanks to its composition containing more than 10.5% chromium, this type of steel is stainless. Truth be told, it won't rust. These are jewels on which time has no effect*. They are sturdy and water-resistant. You can fully wear your bracelets while showering, except for bracelets with ink, for which it is preferable to remove them.
You have sensitive skin. You tend to react to silver, gold, or costume jewelry. Choose hypoallergenic steel jewelry. Last but not least, stainless steel is completely recyclable!
The gold, matt gold and rose gold colored models are made with the same strong and tarnish resistant material and are plated with 18 & 24-carat gold. With proper care, gold-plated products will last a long time. Note that a bracelet has an average lifespan of two years, after which you may notice, among other things, a loss of shine...
✔︎ WHAT MAINTENANCE?
Your ORANGE AMOUR bracelet is delicate. Cleaning it requires special attention. It is therefore recommended to follow the instructions that follow.
To clean, wipe with a soft cloth. (like the one supplied with your wristband). Avoid frequent contact with chemicals, such as detergents, bleach, perfumes, etc. The bracelets are made of stainless steel, resistant to tarnishing and corrosion. But, adding ink to most of them makes them more delicate.
Remember to remove your bracelets before swimming or exercising. Do not wear them in spas or swimming pools...
✔︎ WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF SIGNS OF WEAR?
These can appear more or less quickly, more or less two years. Deterioration due to external influences such as scratches or the like are normal wear phenomena and do not constitute a material defect!
The use of the bracelet inevitably causes a deterioration of its surface (wear traces due to wearing).
Please note that existing engravings may fade over time.
However, note that on the majority of bracelets on which the messages are engraved, ink is added. Alas, ink is not an indelible substance, and it is a reality that no one can change. One or more letters of your mantra may therefore disappear over time.
Of course, if you ever encounter this problem, we will exchange your bracelet immediately and unconditionally. (within 1 year of warranty)
If possible, remove your wristbands before cleaning, washing the dishes or doing garden work, or before playing sports or taking a bath or shower. We advise, among other things, to avoid wearing your bracelet during manual work with cleaning and/or chemical products. Perfume can dull the luster of the bracelet and reduce its shine. We suggest you apply your perfume and other cosmetics before putting on your bracelets. Bracelets can be buffed with a chamoisine to revive their shine.
You should know that this process, which consists, by simplifying, in adding ink, after having engraved the mantra on the bracelet, is still recent, and like all new things, improvements are yet to come.
Anyway, we count on your indulgence.
✔︎ TIP:
One day, you notice that you have lost a letter, or even several. Again, this can happen, and as a result, all the letters could also fade. In this case, you can try to remove the remaining letters to obtain the same bracelet, but with an engraving without ink. More sober, but just as beautiful and timeless, even more chic! :-)
The technique is quite simple: just use nail polish remover. This should release the remaining ink.
Know that in any case, if you are within the warranty year, you will receive a new strap.

Absolutely! All of our packaging is fully recyclable, whether transparent gift bags, small cardboard boxes, pouches or rigid gift boxes.

There is only one size, unique and adjustable. ORANGE AMOUR bracelets are fully adjustable and fit most wrist sizes. They won't fall out if fitted properly. They are even suitable for the wrists of teenage children. One and the same bracelet for the whole family! We've designed them to be delicate, lightweight, comfortable and durable, so you can wear them every day and on any occasion.
☞ For a wide wrist, pull simultaneously on both ends to avoid deforming the bracelet. To tighten it, same principle, bring an equal pressure on each extremity towards the interior. Better yet, wrap your bracelet with your thumb and index finger, and tighten.
